Dozier Internet Law, Insurgency, and Scofflaws

I Hate Linux breaks the news that Dozier Internet Law, which was previously featured on D5GW, is violating Google's terms of service with spam web pages. (I also noted this on Jim River Report). Because this is an example of technician of violence breaking a sometimes-enforced rule, we might compare Dozier's action to an insurgent who violates international law.
