Here is a minor update to my working description of Fifth Generation Warfare (5GW):
I just made a point of adding "institution" (per this idea) to my older definition.

5GW is the secret deliberative manipulation of actors, networks, institutions, states or any 2GW/3GW/4GW forces to achieve a goal or set of goals across a combination of socio, economic, and political domains while attempting to avoid or minimize the retaliatory offensive or defensive actions/reactions of 2GW, 3GW and 4GW powered actors, networks, institutions, and/or states.

Why exclude 0GW and 1GW from the definination, when mentioning 2GW, 3GW, and 4GW?
It was an oversight. I don't remember why I left it off. I will correct that. I am working on an xGW primer and will correct it as part of that.
